NG2 is an information technology-consulting firm serving the telecom operators and vendors with top quality engineers who have a keen interest in customer satisfaction.
NG2 incepted initially in Brussels through an Initial staff consisting of a small kernel of experienced computer & telecoms engineers, whose broad technical and executive skills and experience collectively cover a very broad segment of the Core & Access telecoms systems.
Vision
Telecom networks usually require an operational support and NPO interfaces from the vendor, even if the system is already settled. Continuous development, coupled with exponentially increasing demand, causes product cycles to speed up and vendor support periods to shrink.
Up until now, telecom operators in particular, and communications service providers (CSPs) in general, had roughly two choices: running their legacy systems without support or emergency assistance, or replacing them at a high cost.
At NG2, and through our tailored services, we give our customers peace of mind throughout their network infrastructure lifecycle, providing the operations quality that end customers expect through the alignment on ITIL standards, and the use of state-of-the-art support infrastructure & framework, allowing a drastic decrease of the total cost of ownership for our customers’ networks.
NG2 is presently having two main streams of services being developed:
- Euthymia, which is a modular support solution intended for operators and vendors, built upon a symbiosis between ITILv3 framework, applied to the Telco industry. Our solution is at the late stages of testing, and should be available commercially starting from Q4-2019.
- OF services, through the competencies of a small yet efficient team, with decades of experience into OF deployment and planning missions, mainly geared through Engineering expertise, Project Management, and Quality Control missions.
